How ParcelHelp Works

Start with the event that you can verify, then select the carrier and your role.

Before you act

Check the exact carrier, service, role, and date in the official order or tracking page. A support inquiry, carrier claim, and seller refund are separate paths.

How this applies

The guides separate a search for a parcel, an insured carrier claim, a merchant refund, and a payment dispute. Those procedures have different owners and deadlines.

The interactive tools run in your browser. They do not access live tracking, accept a claim, or predict reimbursement.

Choose the problem first: a delivered scan with no parcel, a delay, a stalled tracking timeline, damage, or a return. Then identify the company shown on the latest physical scan. Some economy services use a different last-mile carrier, so the company on the original label may not be the final delivery operator.

Next, identify your role. A buyer can ask a seller for an order remedy, while a shipper may control a carrier claim or receive payment under the shipping contract. A recipient may be able to open an inquiry without being eligible to receive a claim payment.

The tools use published reference data in your browser. They give conditional guidance and link to original sources. They cannot see a real tracking event or confirm that a refund is owed.

Where to go next

Use the carrier guide or situation tool to find the official contact page that applies to your order.

Use the company website directly. Do not use a link from an unexpected delivery text or email.
