Corrections Policy

Tell us when a link, contact route, claim role, or policy wording is wrong.

Before you act

Check the exact carrier, service, role, and date in the official order or tracking page. A support inquiry, carrier claim, and seller refund are separate paths.

How this applies

Email the page URL, the passage that needs correction, and the official source that shows the current wording. Do not send a tracking number, address, full order ID, or identity document.

We review the report against the source, correct material errors, and update the reviewed date where the content changes. An editorial correction does not alter your carrier or seller case.

A useful correction identifies the exact page, the sentence at issue, the current official source URL, and the date you saw it. If you are reporting a broken support link, include its destination but leave out the details of your individual parcel.

We prioritize errors that could send readers to the wrong claimant, deadline, payment route, or website. After checking the evidence, we update the page and its research date. Where the source remains ambiguous, we add a clear uncertainty note instead of guessing.

This inbox is for site content, not shipment support. A correction request will not pause a carrier filing period or open a merchant case. Readers should act through the official company channel while we review a report.

Where to go next

Use the carrier guide or situation tool to find the official contact page that applies to your order.

Use the company website directly. Do not use a link from an unexpected delivery text or email.
